Working with Alessia
You’ll speak with Alessia about your plans, your guests and your budget. She develops the proposal with you, coordinates the suppliers and remains your main contact throughout the preparations. When you need support on site, she can also be there to manage the event and assist your guests.
Venue searches, guest arrangements, supplier briefings and changes of plan all have one person keeping track of the whole event.

Sardinia · International conference
A multi-day programme of meetings and local experiences in southern Sardinia. When bad weather ruled out a boat excursion, Alessia arranged a pecorino-making workshop in its place.
Langhe · Incentive programme
Alessia coordinated travel, accommodation and activities for a group arriving from the United States and Europe, and was present throughout the five-day programme.
Chianti · Private celebration
Around 25 guests stayed in a villa and a nearby hotel, choosing different activities during the day. When a chef cancelled at short notice, Alessia found a replacement.
Puglia · Destination wedding
A Canadian couple welcomed around 120 guests to Italy. Alessia coordinated the wedding, its suppliers and activities in the days that followed.
